Furnished (can be unfurnished) bedroom in a secure, gated community. It shares a bathroom that is professionally cleaned monthly. The house is modern and well maintained with monthly maid service. You are welcome to use all common area of the house including washer, dryer, kitchen, and the backyard grill. Easy access to 215 freeway, and only minutes away from restaurants, banks, and grocery stores.
This room is for a single occupant only. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, and maid service. All roommates here are clean and respectful working professionals in our twenties to forties.
Looking for a long term roommate for a minimum month lease. House rules are no smoking, drugs, pets, and overnight guests; and must pass background check. If you are a responsible and respectful individual seeking a clean and peaceful living environment, we'd love to hear from you!
