Looking for 1 person to fill a large room $1100 per month Hi! My name is Cole, one of the three co-ed roommates here. We’re currently looking for one person to move into the large room in our 4 bed / 2 bath house starting in the beginning of august. The room is $1,100/month +utilities with a $600 security deposit. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in La Mesa. Has quick access to freeway entrances, shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday local conveniences. The house has a 3-car driveway, spacious garage, backyard with a small fire pit, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A little about us: we’re three easygoing, clean, and respectful roommates who all work full-time. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing some games while talking with friends. We are pretty quiet when we are doing our own thing so you don't have to worry about noise. I also have a cat named Zara, she is a very sweet little thing and super fun to play with.
