Hello all. I own a very sweet and beautiful home and am looking for a housemate. I am a visual artist and energy healer. I'm looking for a kind hearted, honest and responsible person who is good at communicating. I keep the place clean but dirty dishes for a day doesn't bother me. The backyard is big and if you are into gardening, you can plant away. The house has original hardwood floors, original working fireplace, really nice views. Yes, there is a dishwasher. Laundry room is right off the kitchen. Parking is easy- 99% of the time you can park directly in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. I pay for wi fi and we split the other bills. I have one extremely mellow and sweet cat. Located in Maxwell Park neighborhood. Very lovely 🙂 Note: Furniture will change but same aesthetic.
