Looking for someone to take over my lease! I’m moving out of a 3-bedroom house and looking for someone to take over my lease. The home features a pool, a two-car garage, driveway parking, and plenty of space. It is not furnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture. There is one male roommate who is very friendly and is rarely home. The landlord is also super nice and easy to work with. Rent is $1,400/month, and the lease currently runs through June 2027.
