Spacious house in Gilbert

Short term rent My lease goes until January 7th, 2027. I’m looking to sublease rooms until then. Two rooms available for month to month rent. There’s a third bedroom I use as an office. I
The house is 4 bed 2 bathrooms I have the master bedroom/ bathroom. Decent back yard + fenced pool/ pool area. The room can come furnished for additional $50 a month. (I have full size bed, two desks, tv with remote, extra bedding, etc) - Willing to do 800/ month for one room + split utilities - $1200/ month + utilities for two rooms and private bathroom * must meet in public first to see if we’d be a good fit as roomates. * Preferably women only * I have two dogs. Both very relaxed and lazy when you meet them. * No cats. (I am willing to talk about this but I’m allergic)
