Seeking temporary (9-mo) room/apt

Hi, my name is Taylor. I am a 44-year old professional moving to MSP in early September to begin a new job at Macalester College. I am looking for a room to rent in the St Paul area. My budget is $500-700 (max) and I would like to move by the first or second week of September. I'm quiet and respectful and will not have house guests. I might have one cat but I'm undecided about that at this time. I don't smoke or drink.
