I am looking for at least a 6-12-month lease with a move-in date of September 30th or earlier. My max budget right now is $600/month, which must include utilities. I have a stable job and work a steady evening shift, typically from 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. because of my schedule I mostly keep to myself and prefer a quiet, private living environment. I do not have pets, I do not smoke or drink, and I do not bring guests or company over a lot.
