Spacious Room on Upper East Side

Description

This is the largest room in a three bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. It has its own radiator, a window air conditioning unit, closet space, and is fully furnished with a queen bed and multiple dressers and night stands. The room is a bit messy in the photos right now, but that’s just because the current roommate is moving out.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment at all times; while keeping in mind two other roommates live here.
We have a full-sized kitchen, a cute living room, one shared bathroom, and a super long hallway that gets absolutely terrifying in the dark at night. It’s just that long!
Also, all utilities are free! So, all you’ll have to pay is the deposit and rent.
All we ask is that you’re clean, tidy, nice, and quiet.
We’re flexible on the minimum and maximum stays.
We don’t want parties, but a few guests are welcome every now and then of course.
It’s a great apartment in an even greater neighborhood and we can’t wait to meet you.
