20y/o UTK Student needing housing

Hi! My name is Jackson and I’m a sophomore at UTK currently enrolled in business analytics. I also work part time so I’m typically busy during the week but down to hang out during the evenings and on the weekends. I’m a pretty easy going and agreeable person and believe that communication is important with people you live with. I’m totally fine with sharing chores and keeping shared spaces clean and might have people over occasionally but definitely not all the time. I usually keep to myself most days but I’m open to making new friends and will certainly talk your ear off about my hobby stuff if you let me.
