Single female looking for room

Hello, 30 year old female looking for a room to rent recently relocated from WBP for amazing career opportunity. Looking to move in by the ending of July or middle of August. I’ll usually spend majority of my time at work and when I am home I’m usually sleeping, working out in the gym or at church. I don’t party or have much friends up here so no overnight guests. Looking for 12 month lease but okay with a month to month or short term lease.
