🌸 EXTREMELY URGENT Flat to share in Protea Heights 🌸 Hi everyone 😊 I have an unfurnished room available in my two-bedroom flat and I’m looking for someone who would like to share the space with me as soon as possible. This is extremely urgent — I need someone before Friday. The rent is R9000 per month (all inclusive) — this includes rent, water and electricity.
The price is higher because the flat is fully equipped with new electronics and appliances, including everything you need for a comfortable and convenient home. A deposit will be required before moving in. If needed, I am willing to discuss a half deposit option, as my main priority is finding the right person urgently. 🐱 Cat lovers welcome! Two bathrooms:
• One downstairs with only a toilet
• One upstairs with a toilet, shower and bath (to share) The person who moves in will basically have the flat to themselves most of the time. Due to my working hours, I am hardly ever home, and when I am home I’m usually in my room relaxing and unwinding. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible and who will treat the flat like their own home 🏡✨ I’m currently in a difficult personal situation and urgently need someone to share the flat with me before Friday, otherwise I risk losing my home.
