Need roommate or room for rent.

Description

Looking for a person or place that is cat friendly. I'd prefer to keep it under $1k a month. I don't have preferences on level of social interaction or anything. I work full time as a preschool teacher and go to school full time for pre-med, so I honestly won't be home super often or disruptive at all. Looking for something in the northern virginia area to move into by September.
