Hi! I’m a 31-year-old working professional relocating to the Minneapolis area for a full-time job in Minnetonka. I’m looking for a short-term stay (1–3 months) and am open to a private room, shared accommodation, sublease, or a studio/1-bedroom apartment. I have one indoor cat who is very quiet, litter-trained, and well-behaved, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly place. I’m clean, respectful, non-smoker, and easy to live with.
