Hello! I am a UCF student doing my fall and spring semester for my second year, and I am looking for a room to live! Preferably a place that is as close as possible to UCF and does not exceed 1,300$, not including utilities. A 12 month lease is fine, but only having to pay rent for when I'm at school would be awesome! Ah, but any student would have to win the lottery to not have to pay all 12 months. Also, my major is computer engineering, and will have about three 7am classes 👀
