Looking for roommates who independently take care of themselves. These rooms are large enough to set up your own small studio apartment. Your own Refrigerator and Queen Bed are Included. There is also house central heat and air but the upstairs gets hot. You control your own heat and air to your liking with individual units to each room. Shared restroom between the 2 upstairs bedrooms, plus access to another 1/2 bath downstairs. Shared kitchen stove in downstairs kitchen and shared dishwasher. Also, a shared laundry room.
