Renting a room w/ shared bath

Hi! I’m renting my spare room in my home in the metrocenter area, it’s a 3 bedroom home with a full sized bed not shown in the photos. Monthly rate is a flat fee with utilities already included. I’m looking for a college aged renter as I prefer to rent it out for the school year or semester. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions as it is my first time renting.
