Nice suburban neighborhood, and near the light rail station. House is fully carpeted. Two living rooms. My current roommates and I are two men and one woman in our early thirties. Looking for someone respectful and trustworthy. We like to hang out and eat together fairly often, but if you want to keep to yourself, that’s fine too. Security deposit is 775, same as rent.
