Roommate wanted for September 1st

Hello my name is Wellesley and I'm looking for a long term roommate to join a 2br 1bath apartment. My current roommate Fiona is moving out by September 1st, space will be available then. Private bedroom in the back of the apartment, shared common areas, shared bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit, additional closet space available if needed. It's a third floor apartment and driveway is shared with other tenants or there is street parking. I'm a 34 year old professional working Monday thru Friday. I am organized and clean but not fussy. I Usually I keep to myself and I am quiet and respectful and am comfortable living with all genders. lgbtqia+ friendly home. Rent and utilities are split 50/50. $850 each plus utilities/wifi. Please no cats or dogs, no children.
