Seeking third roommate

Description

Room is around 10x10, unfurnished. Bathroom to be shared with 1 other roommate. Current tenants are myself and a 23 yr old LGBT male. There are 2 ESA dogs so any additional dogs would have to get along with them. A medium sized dog door patio insert is in place for free access to the back yard. Rental is through a property management company so approval would be required to be added to the lease. Looking for someone who is respectful of other’s property, responsible, and communicative. I am vegetarian, the other roommate is not but it is asked that some kitchen items are not to be used when cooking meat products and to clean up after yourself when making meals. The lease will be renewing in September so rent may or may not be increased. Utilities (minus SGW and internet) are to be split amongst everyone.
