The place is great for the price. No outstanding issues, no nightly noises, no infestations, no crime, and reliable heating/AC. It’s got a dishwasher, in-unit laundry room, kitchen, and separate bathrooms. There's one thing you should know first though: it won't be ready to move into until August 29th, when my current roommate's lease ends. You can find additional pictures at the Garden Springs ’s picture gallery, which just so happen to be of the unit we’d be in. They’re model pictures though, so feel free to send me a message if you want to come take a look at the real thing in person, or if you just have questions. As for me, my name's Robert. Been living in Virginia my whole life. I work as a warehouse associate in an Amazon Fulfilment Center, which is dependable, if boring, work. I'm a bit of an introvert, which means I'll likely be home every night. That said, I'm just fine with having guests, but I much prefer to know about them in advance, and I'll have trouble with a house that's full of people a lot of the time. I always pull my weight when it comes to chores around the house, keepings things clean, and not leaving messes.
