if interested, text me at i have a shared apartment unit (2 rooms, renting 1) that i need a female to take over. it’s at 111 cooper street, ottawa. its a student housing apartment building, so its very safe and everyone there is nice. my lease is from September 1st 2026 to april 28th, 2027 (lease can be extended to a month to month payment)

-5-10 min walk to UOttawa, 5 mins to the Otrain, 2 min walk to Elgin street
-rent is $1340 (negotiable) all inclusive, all utilities and wifi, fully furnished. bed, desk, chair, and closet are also included. washer and dryer are provided on main floor
-shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
-building includes: gym and yoga room, study room, chinese restaurant, game room (ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, etc.)
-15th floor, beautiful view.
-parking is available, but must be paid for separately through “Indigo” or city parking
