I’m looking for a roommate to fill the other bed/bath in my apartment in Citrus Park, earliest August 10th and latest October 12th. The bedroom has a nice walk in closet:) Rent for the room is $900 and utilities/electric usually leave rent around $1100/month. I have one cat, I’m pretty clean, very laid back and friendly. I am a nursing student and spend a fair amount of time out of the apartment between class, work, and dog/babysitting. The apartment complex is gated, quiet, has two pools, a gym, a dog/car washing station, a dog park, and lots of space to go for walks.
