Roommate

Hello, I’m a 27 year old guy who works a 9-4 M-F my budget is $1k a month so I can still save money towards savings each month. I do have a cat and love pets overall so if you allow pets that would be great. I’m looking to have a room but also sort of have space of my own in a way too. I’m fine with sharing bathroom, kitchen, etc just wanna make it feel like a true home if that makes sense rather than just having a room. Looking to have a place by next month if possible.
