Room is the biggest in the house with a walk-in closet. The room is provided with a queen bed and black out curtains. The bathroom is shared, however, only for when guests come (which is rare). Majority of the time, they will use my bathroom. In regards to the remainder of the house, I am fine with you using everything (Living room tv, cooking appliances, laundry room, dinnerware, etc.). I just ask that you are respectful with everything. I require a basic background check.
