This listing is for a basement daylight apartment in the SE Clinton neighborhood! Wildly close to transit and stores and food of all kinds. It's a 100 year old house, managed by Real Property Management Solutions. Date available: august 1st to September 1st, 2026
Lease must be signed by August 18th and a background check must be passed. Rent is $900 a month and utilities typically range from 150-200. Deposit is $1100. Your space is the entire daylight downstairs area - (it is not technically "finished" but has a large square footage. The other half of the basement (not pictured) is pure storage. LOTS of room for your extra stuff. I am: 38, have two cats (the rental's maximum, sorry). If you did have a emotional support pet, it would have to stay downstairs (my cats are super old and do not tolerate other animals). I am LGBTQ+ and super chill. I like a clean and quiet house. One important factor is making sure my cats never get OUT of the house.:) I am a teacher, have some chronic illness and disability issues, so I stay upstairs. The kitchen is large, bathroom is shared, and it's a quiet neighborhood. The only real noise are the trains going by.
