I'm offering a private room, private bathroom, access to all common areas plus office and garage. House is fully furnished. I live by myself, I go into the office at my place of work 5 days a week. I keep the place pretty tidy and quite. Two or three times a year my parents come to visit and stay with me for a couple of weeks.
