We're looking for one roommate to join our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Bed-Stuy.
The apartment has an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The available bedroom is unfurnished, generously sized, and has plenty of room for a bed, a desk, dresser, and additional furniture.
The apartment is located right on Fulton Street, just steps from the Kingston throop C train, making commuting easy.
Manhattan is about 25 minutes away, and Downtown Brooklyn's shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are just a 10-15 minute ride away. The neighborhood has easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, and everything you need for day-to-day living.
The apartment is shared with two roommates in their late 20s-early 30s who work full-time. We're looking for someone who is clean, communicative, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoys a relaxed, friendly home environment. We appreciate roommates who are
considerate and help keep the apartment comfortable for everyone.

* Proof of income showing the ability to comfortably cover the rent
* W-2 from the previous tax year (required by the landlord)
The new roommate will be added to the lease pending landlord approval.
