Room for 900/month with utilities

Description

I'm looking for a roommate. Someone who is willing to move in around mid to late August. I'm located in Plano, but it's right on the Plano/Richardson border. A hiking trail is 6 minutes away. Walmart is 8 minutes away. Tom Thumb is 4 minutes away. I-75 highway is a minute away.
UTD is 8-10 minutes away. There are also some shops and restaurants at a walking distance.
It's a gated luxury community, with all the amenities, 24/7 gym, a nice pool, and really cool community areas. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath, with common living room and kitchen area. I'm a very reserved person, prefer to keep the place clean and organized. The room is not furnished. I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, doesn't smoke, doesn't have any pets, and has a good sense of hygiene. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there's an elevator if it feels like a lot of stairs. Finally, may the force be with you!
