Looking for a room 800-1200

Hi everyone! I am ideally looking for a roommate to team up with to find a place, I already have my eye on a couple apartments one in west Seattle and one in north Seattle. I would also be ok with a room in a 2bed/bath. Budget is $800-$1200 26 work full time and love staying active. I'm super triendly and like to be triends with roommates and also have a lot of alone time. I'd love to chat and see if we match!
Musts are in unit laundry/dryer and a parking garage as well as being pet friendly I have two esa cats.
