Private bedroom and attached bathroom available for sublease starting September 1, 2026 to January 30, 2027 (5 months). Approximately $900 per month rent (includes most utilities but not electricity and internet bill). There is an in unit washer/dryer, furnished kitchen and living room, community gym, pool, club room, and gated garage. I'm a young professional in my mid-20s so I'd prefer women only in the same range. I'm clean and easy going and have two very friendly and chill cats. No pets of your own allowed. This is a great spot in downtown but still is quiet and walkable to all the attractions nearby (museums, farmers market, restaurants etc.). SMU is 8 minutes away.
