Looking for an ensuite room

Hi everyone! My name is Eneko, I'm 31 years old and originally from Spain 🇪🇸. I'll be moving to San Diego to work as a Spanish elementary school teacher, and I'm looking for a room with a private bathroom, ideally available from August 1st, although I can also wait until September 1st if it's the right place.
I'm mainly looking in Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Valley, or Hillcrest, but I'm open to nearby areas if it's a good fit. Parking is important to me, so l'd ideally like a place with an assigned parking spot or easy street parking.

- Outgoing, respectful, clean, and easygoing.
- Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly home. I love music, dancing, going to the beach, taking walks, and enjoying relaxed plans. I'm a very cheerful person who values a peaceful, friendly, and tidy home. I'd describe myself as an ambivert—| enjoy being social but also appreciate having my own quiet time.
💰Budget: Around $1,500/month including utilities (flexible). I'm happy to pay a little more for the right place.
