Description

I'm an incoming PhD student at the University of South Dakota from France, and I’m looking for housing in Vermillion starting around August 8–10, 2026. Ideally, I’m looking for:
A furnished (or not) 1-bedroom apartment or studio
Close to USD campus or easy biking distance
Budget around $500-600/month, up to $700 if utilities are included
