Private room available in a cozy 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home starting around September 1st, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if it’s the right fit. The available private room is approximately 10'8" x 14'1" in a 1,040 sq. ft. home. The home has three bedrooms total: one is my bedroom, one is my home office, and one is the available room. The home includes one shared bathroom, in-unit laundry, on- parking, garage/shared storage access, and a beautiful backyard with gardeners included. The shared spaces are fully furnished, including the living room, kitchen, laundry area, garage, and backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, and pretty much anything you might need for cooking and day-to-day use. There is no dishwasher, so keeping the kitchen and shared spaces tidy is important. A little about the home: it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and I’ve lived here for almost two years. I truly love this house and have put a lot of care into making it feel cozy, welcoming, and functional. It’s a calm and respectful home, but also a social one. I enjoy low-key hosting, especially for sports days like football or the World Cup, cooking, concerts, crafts, and keeping up with whatever TV show everyone is watching. The home already has a goldendoodle and three cats, so no additional pets are preferred due to the current animals in the home. I’m looking for a considerate, clean, respectful roommate who is comfortable with shared spaces, mindful of neighbors, and looking for a home rather than just a room. Since the house is smaller and has one shared bathroom, finding someone with a compatible lifestyle is important. The future roommate will need to submit an application through the property management company and be approved before moving in. We’ll be signing a new one-year lease together.
