Looking For Room/Roommate

Hi, my name is Noah. I am a 22-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Essex Junction or within 20 minutes of it. My budget is $1500 and I would like to move by Aug. 17. I work a standard 9-to-5 schedule, which keeps me on a pretty regular routine of usually up by 6:30-8:00 AM and asleep between 10:00 PM and midnight. When I’m not working, I love staying active and being outdoors. You can usually find me hiking, climbing, skiing, biking, playing sports, or out exploring. I’m adventurous, outgoing, and really value a social living environment! I’m looking for a household that feels like a home, not just a place to sleep. I’d love to find roommates who want to be friends, hang out, cook together, or grab a drink. I’m very social and hope to find a spot where hosting friends, having people over, and playing some music is totally welcome. I’ll occasionally have a friend or my brother come up to visit and stay over, so I’m looking for a household that is guest-friendly and comfortable with a lively environment. I like to keep common spaces clean and tidy, but I’m relaxed about it, just a mutual respect for keeping things nice and picking up after ourselves.
