Lease takeover- private bedroom

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and private bathroom in a shared apartment at 7 W Cross Street in downtown Baltimore. The apartment includes a shared kitchen and living area with roommates, while you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Monthly Costs: * Rent: $847
* Utilities: $150/month (flat rate for water, sewer, trash, and electric)
* Parking: $175/month (if you need a parking space) The lease runs through April 2027, and the new tenant must apply and be approved by the leasing office before moving in.
