Brentwood Apartment

Looking for a female roomate attending UCLA or SMC. We leased a two bedroom apartment in Brentwood, each room has their own private bathroom and you will have a parking space in a gated garage. My daughter is in the scholars program at SMC, majoring in biology, hoping to transfer to UCLA,and go on to vet school to become a veterinarian. She is starting school August 31st. The apartment will be available 4 days prior to move in. The apartment has been completely remodeled, all new appliances, floors, paint, and bathrooms are completely remodeled. The cost is $1,700 a month. This will be a sublease with a credit application. There will be a friendly golden retriever who will visit occassionally on weekends about once a month.
