It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,500 sq ft place in Germantown, 4 minutes away from the Belknap campus. The renter would have their own bedroom and bathroom. Off street parking available, recently renovated with modern finishings, plus full kitchen and laundry amenities. Near local restaurants and businesses! Move in available starting in July, $900 a month with utilities.
