About the property: 1 room available in a small house in the Linden area. House is fully furnished (except for your room) and everything will gladly be shared with you. Shared 2 car garage space. I have 3 cats, 1 little chihuahua (who is basically a cat). I’m Ok if you have a dog but it has to be chill and kind around small pets. Sorry no other cats allowed. Backyard with garden. Basement additional storage. Alarm system. Washer and dryer on premises.
Rent and utilities would be 800$ total. House is close to all major freeways and hospitals Lemme know if pictures and more details are needed. About me:

*Very ADHD. So I may leave things around sometimes to remind myself to move items somewhere else (IYKYK) but they never stay out more than 24 hours. I will always pick up after myself and prefer my house to be clean.

*I work from home (So I am here a lot). I work in the basement.
