You’ll be less than 10 minutes from USF, just minutes from University Mall, grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, and plenty of fast-food options. Everything is nearby, making it a great location for students and working professionals alike. 👫 About Us: We are a hardworking couple who both work full-time. We speak English and Spanish, and we’re usually out of the apartment by 6:00–7:00 AM on weekdays, so it’s a peaceful and quiet home for most of the day. 🐶 We also have a friendly French Bulldog who loves people, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with dogs. No additional pets, please. 🧺 Laundry: There isn’t a washer and dryer inside the apartment, but there are laundry facilities conveniently located within the apartment community. 📝 Lease Terms: A $300 security deposit is required & given back.This will be a room rental agreement (contract) signed directly with me.
