Roommate(s) - Aug/Sept

Hi everyone, I’m Chase! I’m looking for a roommate or a group of roommates in the Wrigleyville/Lincoln Park/Lakeview area. That’s my ideal spot, but I’m pretty flexible on neighborhood since I work fully remote.
I’m 24, originally from Minnesota, and just graduated from Lake Forest College. I work in financial services and I’m fully remote. I wake up early to work out on weekdays, so my nights during the week are usually pretty quiet. On the weekends I’m more social and like to go out, play hockey, hit up bars, and try new things around the city. Always down to explore Chicago with people and make new friends.
I like to keep things fairly clean and ordered, nothing OCD or crazy, just a nice space to come home to. Budget is around $1400/month, and I’d love to go a bit under if possible. Ideally looking to move in August, but September works too depending on what lines up.
