50 year old landlord owns a single family home in Boise. Rent is $900 all utilities with $500 deposit. Roommate next to room that is available is a 75 year old veteran. Shared bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. Can provide pictures upon request. Tenant will need own furnishings for the room. Preferably own mini fridge to save room from kitchen clutter. Split level home with large backyard and parking available out front. No drugs or alcohol allowed on property. No outside pets. There is a cat on the property. Smoking/vaping allowed outside. Advance notice to landlord if you want to invite a guest to stay over. Willing to exchange $100 rent for yard work or maintenance if applicable. No firearms. Prefer male gender 21+
