Looking for Roommate/Couple to move into 2Bd/2Ba place in St.Pete/Tampa area on 8/30 My partner and I would like to share a 2 Bd/2Ba place somewhere in the St.Pete/Tampa area. We are looking for an ally of the lgbtq+ community as we are a lesbian couple and would like to make sure we are sharing our space with someone who is respectful and kind! We are both 23 yrs old, and work full time. I am a Jetski Instructor/Boat Captain, and she is an Electrician. We have 2 cats named Cheeto, and Eli so a roommate/couple with no pets/or at least another sweet cat would be ideal. (No dogs please). I currently live in sarasota, and have an apartment, so I will be providing all furnishings for the living room/TV/kitchen appliances/cutlery/plants/etc. You would just need to provide the furnishings for your own room/Bathroom! We have yet to find the exact place we will be moving into, but are looking for someone who would like to work hand in hand to find a place together and move in the end of August(my current lease ends August 31st). If you are an individual person, we would prefer you to be female, but open to any couple orientation🫶🏼 We are looking to rent a place under 2500$ for a minimum of a year and looking to split rent by room and utilities by person. We are super clean individuals who want a roommate/couple who is equally as clean in the shared spaces! We are also super friendly and love to hang so it would be so cool to be friends w/ our potential roommate! We love to paddle board, go to the beach, or do anything nature related!
