Room in house Wendywood, Sandton

I am looking for a housemate.The monthly rent is R9500(NEG) and the room is available immediately.
Please read the outline below and reply if interested or if you want to discuss?
Just a bit of info. What we ask is *_R5500_* =(water, electricity,sewage,wifi) We do ask that you add on *_R3000_*, that will cover staple groceries for suppers(milk,tea,coffee,sugar, supper meats,rice, and so forth),cleaning aids etc. (Worked out, this brings you to less R100 for a day, covering mainly your suppers, You see to your own Breakfast and lunch if you would be working from home, however you would be welcome to help yourself to what there is, provided its communicated.We work Monday to Friday. Over the weekends we usually braai and chill with a glass, playing music. Some Saturdays we make breakfast for all or everyone for himself with what there is. Sunday mornings I play Gospel music for a while then Sunday Jazz music.....Sundays we usually make '"Sunday Lunch", we do not have lunch at 12 or 1pm though, we eat like later on Sundays say so from 3-or 4pm.....on a Monday night we eat if there is leftovers from the Sunday or help yourself....We usually do not cook on a Monday.Much like it would be in your parents' house......
Deposit neg.; you pay for the month ahead.(Rent+groceries). If you paid, you stay for that month. That way, should you decide to move and it is before the end of that paid month, you do so at own risk and will not be owed anything.
We have 2 border collies and a cat. (We stay by the cat)
Any Restrictions with food? (no- pork,chicken, beef,fish?)
You will sign an agreement stating the following
-proof of employment, bank statement
-rent pay date,
-next of kin contact (for in the event something happens to you)
The above is more or less everything you need to know and most like to ask.
