29 yr old looking for single room

Description

I am a queer 29 yr old looking to rent a single room in a home that can accommodate my two cats. I am open to a year lease or month to month. I am fairly quiet, easygoing, and am respectful of my housemates. In the past I have lived in multiple shared homes and am familiar with sharing communal spaces and cleaning up after myself. I currently work full time and live in North Highlands. I am looking to live anywhere from Roseville to midtown Sacramento around highway 80, or close to the Sac State area.
A little about me: I like to spend my free time outdoors, rock climbing, visiting friends and family, or reading books. I have 2 bachelors degrees and plan on getting a masters in social work.
