My name is Chiara, and I am an Italian Master’s student in Architecture. I am writing to express my strong interest in the room advertised. I will be living in Eindhoven from September 2026 until the end of January 2027 for an Erasmus exchange program at TU/e.
I am a very responsible, quiet, and tidy person. I have 5 years of proven experience renting student accommodation in Italy, meaning I highly value property maintenance and respect for house rules. My stay is fully financed, I can guarantee timely rent payments and provide a guarantor/proof of funds if required.
