The furnished bedroom includes a bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, and access to the shared bathroom with a shower. I work as a software consultant, and another roommate is a professional real estate agent. We occasionally have a small BBQ, but everyone is respectful and committed to keeping the home quiet.
