Looking for a roommate to  move into one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom 1600 Square foot large stand alone (nobody living below or above us) Burbank apartment in a very nice neighborhood bordering Glendale, with Central air/heat, dishwasher, and laundry facilities on the premises,.
Room has an almost brand new, $3,000 Adjustable very clean queen size bed, purchased just 2 months ago and just slept on 6 times by my cousin who was visiting for a week. So you can use it if you don't have a bed. You have your own private bathroom with shower. The rest of the room can be furnished by me at no cost or you can bring your own furniture. Looking to rent the room ASAP.
Your rent would be $1300 per month plus utilities. I’m asking a $600 deposit. I'm a clean cut Generation X guy over 50 but in still in great shape and very healthy, lifelong workout guy and martial artist, non-smoker non-drinker no drugs, easy-going and friendly. Hit me up if interested.
