Often gone for work friendly clean

Hi! Thomas here. 33, good references, reliable income. Have a small pet who stays mostly in his cage and sometimes out in my room in my lap. Friendly when I’m around but work some long days including overnights. Good communicator. No car. No parties or drinking on my end, okay with whatever roommates do.
