Hi! I'm Steven, a 31-year-old Human Resources professional relocating to San Diego on September 1st. I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and welcoming home with roommates who value open communication and a relaxed living environment. I would like to mention - I'm gay and would love to live with LGBTQ+ roommates, allies, or someone who appreciate an inclusive and drama-free household. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, exploring San Diego, grabbing coffee, hiking, spending time at the beach, attending music festivals, or enjoying the city's nightlife. I'm social and friendly, but I also value quiet time and respect everyone's personal space. As a roommate, I'm responsible, financially reliable, clean, and considerate. I clean up after myself, communicate directly if something comes up, and believe home should be a comfortable place where everyone feels respected. I'm hoping to find a place in Hillcrest, North Park, University Heights, Mission Hills, or nearby neighborhoods, but I'm open to other great areas as well.
