Hi! I’m currently looking for a private room in San Diego with a move-in timeline of about 1–2 months. My budget is under $1,800. A little about me I’m a data scientist contractor working with the Navy. I keep a pretty consistent schedule (8am–5pm) and work from home a couple days a week. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I also don’t mind pitching in for a house cleaner to keep things comfortable for everyone. I meal prep a few times a week, so I’m in the kitchen occasionally but not constantly. I drink socially and am 420-friendly (outdoors is totally fine with me). I don’t have pets and don’t have any allergies. Personality-wise, I’m pretty social and enjoy going out, but I also travel out of state every 2–3 weeks, so I’m not home all the time. I’m easygoing about guests, small gatherings, and occasional overnight visitors—as long as there’s mutual respect. I’m open to any gender roommate, ideally 25+, and it’s important that the household is LGBTQ+ friendly.
